Hi. You may wish to set your browser (particularly MS Internet Explorer) to not allow "File Downloads".
If you are using MS Outlook or MS Outlook Explorer -- these programs use MS Internet Explorer to automatically open certain e-mails, thereby bypassing some of the security measures that you may have taken.
