I can't help but add a "ditto" to Ralph's email and the assurance and
reminder that at the core of OS is fact that we turn it over to the
participants.  It is up to them to do, not to us.  And, in addition
to my comments about defining the task, whatever words you (or your
planning team comes up with) will be fine; the group will take the
conference where it needs to go.  This is a creative tension we need
to live with:  we need to do the best preparation we can and then
fully trust the process.  Your OS will be great.
