Doug, I've set up three concentric circles which held 380 people, in a ballroom probably the size Chris is describing.
There was a picture window view of the morning's fresh snowfall, and I made the mistake of joking about the "law of two skis" -- so that we only had 125 people use the breakout spaces. Everyone else hit the slopes (it was one day of OST, on the second day of a four day conference. Another mistake.) I think we had reserved 20-25 breakout rooms.
