Tim,

I helped Chris Schoch run the OS for 1000 in France a few years back, so
give me a shout if you need any tips etc.

I endorse the point about lots of wallspace. How ever much you think you
need, double it! You can always scrunch up the offering announcement sheets
(does anyone have a good word for those sheets?) once the market place has
happened.

You might consider having a "meeting place angel" to help people find their
rooms and get started. Also, think about putting the capacity of the room on
the on the corner of the Post-its so that if a person has, say, 20
signatures and the Post-it says [12], he/she can sort out a bigger space (or
get the "angel" to magic-up some more chairs) while the market place is
happening. I usually do this even for smaller OS meetings.

Hope this is useful info.
