Most people I know with various disabilities are very clear about what their special needs are, and don't mind saying what they need. Why don't you contact the three participants and ask what you can do to make their participation easier and more rewarding? This seems to me like an approach that treats them like an equal, not a problem to be solved. And it saves you the possible trouble (and maybe embarrassment) of making arrangements that might be inappropriate or unneeded.
