Knowing when to speak and when to keep silent is not always easy.  In Chris'
example, it seems necessary to speak up when the "terms of the contract" have
been changed.  Sometimes I keep silent because I know a lot about the subject,
am conscious of the extra authority my words might carry, and it seems better
to let the participants discover for themselves.  Facilitation is always a
discipline and and art. . .
