Two weeks ago I facilitated a one day Elder Care Think Tank with Open Space. This is a joint Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and Registered Nurses Association of Ontario effort. I had facilitated the first such think tank a year ago. They were not ready to Open Space so we used an Appreciative Inquiry process that modified for the day.
Last year's event went well. This year's event was smaller but an enthusiastic success. We have had a change of provincial government so there is now more hope to engage in Open Space. The participants were Director level government folks and CEO and executive level leaders of organizations involved in elder care issues. Joelle, I've passed on a contact name to your contacts.
