My question is a little different. The vulnerability does not have to do with the 'effectiveness of the circle', once it is formed. The vulnerability has to do with becoming 'part of the circle' when it is being formed.
A very small part may have to do with the effectiveness of the circle, the MUCH LARGER part has to do with the process of circle formation, i.e. who has the visibility to be invited into the circle? In terms of markets, who gets to play in the market?
