I'll email the revised book as a pdf-file to each reader. If you'd prefer a paper book to read from, send me your adress and I'll get the publisher to send you one. Otherwise, you should be ready to start recording with the pdf-book. So consider getting in touch with your chapter-mate(s), and decide how to split the work between you.
