Good question. I have had people in wheelchairs and did just as Harrison
suggested--I asked the person next to them if they would be so kind as to
help their neighbor get some paper and marker.
Also, it seems wise to have a few tables nearby where people can pull up a
chair. Perhaps the coffee break table.
