I do not want to belabor my query about the raffle. The reason I wonderd
where it got announced was rooted more in my interest in small fundraisers
online than in this particular raffle. . . In order for a small online
fundraiser to work, it would be optimal (assuming the goal was to raise as
much money as possible) to have the small fundraiser broadcast well. If
e-bay can do it, certainly small but wonderful groups of people can do it.

Perhaps the announcement went to members of OSI, which I am not? I was out
of town for nine days and lost some email so I guess that was when it went
out.

I hope it was deemed successful?!
