Definition for the day. Trying to help a client understand the purpose of Open 
Space at a
practical level that works for her.

"New learning (or fundamental creativity) takes place where strict process is 
dropped,
and some measure of the unknown (or chaos) is allowed to live. One purpose of 
Open Space
is to invite people to visit that unknown, and to provide a metastructure to 
capture the
new possibilities that are created."
