Please do raise these questions at Goa and let us know what we can learn
from those conversations.
Where all did you do these OS events in the last 14 months. That seems like
a fairly large number....
Another thought on those holding back--they might be the "A" students who
were quiet and just did the work to get the high grades. They might not be
verbal people, but more auditory inclined. Could be a lot of reasons for
*apparent* non participation. But note: they were there.
