This raises a question I've been meaning to ask the group-- I've opened space 3 times now. I've been wondering how much other people talk during the opening about the ideas behind open space vs. the basic mechanics. I think I've been confusing people by talking about the circle, and breath, and bumblebees and butterflies. Maybe people just need to be welcomed to the space and given a basic mechanical explanation? Any thoughts?
