Doug -- I agree the responses to your question have been stimulating, not to say inspiring. Perhaps you would be willing to gather them all together and post them on www.openspaceworld.org for those people who may not have saved them or for others that may come down the road at a later date. Taken collectively, I think those responses constitute an important piece of the OS Tradition, very much in the manner of the Non-User's Guide that Michael Herman and Chris Corrigan put together some years ago.
