Hi, Is anyone here familiar with the work of a Massachusetts (USA) urban planner named Philip B. Herr and specifically his work with a technique called Swamp Yankee Planning?
A friend suggested I check it out. I plan to order his book (apparently available only from him) but if anyone has been connected to communities that have employed this specific technique, please let me know. Thanks.
