13th Annual International Open Space on Open Space Embracing Chaos and Change in the Knowledge Economy www.openspacehalifax.ca August 4th to 6th, join organizational development consultants, facilitators, human resource professionals, business, community, educators and government leaders as we gather for an exploration of transformative leadership and change, professionally and personally in using Open Space Technology. In our two and one-half day gathering, attendees will gain insight from those who stimulate International debate around self-organization and leadership in organizations and communities. Using Open Space Technology and attracting those who have established practices using Open Space Technology and those new to the methodology, the experts in the room are the participants who know what we have to offer and share in this exploration. Or perhaps you've had the opposite experience where, regardless of the intention or effort invested, a group feels like the most inefficient, fragmented, or downright hostile place you've ever been? Are you interested in Promoting excellence Increasing bottom line by enhancing innovation Building a collaborative workplace Being inspired to achieve your best Opening up communication channels Strengthening leadership If you said yes to any of the above questions, dare to gather in Halifax from August 4 6, 2005.
