Thanks for the insight - it's great to look at it that way: it's the sponsor who opens the space in the first place - it's within their power and reponsibility and control to open things up. They (as well as I, for sure) have a few fears to overcome. So when talking to prospective sponsors, the very first steps, do you open the space to possibilities, one of which is OST? Do you suggest other methodologies when you first speak with them? How do you go about this essential part of the business? (Another research question: How long does it take, on average, for a talker to become a walker*?)
