you remind me, doug, that when i used to open a small monthly space for the fast company (readers of fast company magazine) group in chiacgo some years ago, i used to make small abbreviated posters, almost no words: two feet, bfly, bbee, and "surprise" surrounded by a splash of color. these to accompany a much abbreviated opening briefing.
the reminder here was that i used to just say "surprise" and as i think of it now, "preparing" doesn't sound very "now." <grin> On 5/20/05, Douglas D.
