Hello Joelle! Thanks for your comments and valuable advise. I do realize that OS will be surprinsingly new to everybody in the gathering (mainly for the stakeholders/conveners). I was thinking about how to respond to these people's request about presentations, printed material and handouts and you gave me the clue. Shall keep the list well informed.
