Tom Peters's ( the writer of the book of " In Search of Excellence) new book " Recreate your job" has been published in Turkish.
I haven't read these book. But i read that in his new book; he's saying that " the main job and responsibility of today's generations are to recreate organizations both in public and private sector" That reminded me what M. Herman had written about OST : "it brings life to organizastions and it brings organizations to life" Funda P.S: I am a bit jealous reading about the OSonOS excitement as i can not join this year.
