Hello Paul,

 

As a person with bipolar disorder myself, I agree with you. There is *no*
reason for a person, with or without bipolar disorder, to *yell* and *shout*
at another. A person that does that, with or without bipolar, IS unstable.

 

Granted, everybody is unstable at times but it's no excuse.
