Hello Joanna, welcome to this space!

My biggest comfort is to believe that "whatever happens is the only
thing that could" and really trust that everyone will experience exactly
what they need to.
I don't think our, as facilitators, task/goal should be to make sure
that the participants get it; it is more that we make sure the space is
open so that everyone gets what they need to get out of this experience.

Enjoy!

Subject: Virgin OSer needs reassurance!

Any hot tips for a newbie? I am planning my first OS tomorrow as part of
an
Interpersonal Communications course. We have two hours and a burning
question; we have the space and I've been meditating like crazy. And
yet...I'm still terrified.

My real fear is that all the students won't get it. I desperately want
to
let go and let it happen, and I'm worried about what will happen when I
do.

Breathing,

Joanna Fletcher
