Dear Filiz,

one part of being present and invisible for me is to think always about the beauty, brightness and potential of the group that came together in this particular gathering. And that any person in the room is a gift.

Doing so I normally forget about my own judgements and assumptions, that are telling me what kind of group I deal with.

greetings
Jo

I know that is a weird subject line. This is the question I have today:
Have you ever hosted an open space with a group/organization that you
despise? If despise is too strong of a word, how about disapprove or
dislike? Is it ethical? Is it possible for a facilitator to carry certain position and emotions on a certain issue and still open space on that issue? Can you share your experiences? Thank you!
