Dear Reinhard

What if you asked the client to name a metaphor? In hearing their stories,
the metaphor could emerge quite naturally. What was one of their greatest
successes? Was there a symbol involved or emerging from this? What do they
like or love about their organization? What do they want to hold on to no
matter what changes will happen? What has touched them especially in the
past about their work, their passion? What do they do best?

I’m sure you will find the metaphor quite naturally in drawing while they
tell you their stories. And you will all recognize it when it appears.

Invite the space for it to emerge, and it will. Trust.

Love, Catherine

dear friends of this net,

a client is going to restructure a department with thousends of employees.
To spred the new structure he will hold meetings with the senior management,
using a metaphorical picture story, which we will create.

To find the right metaphor for this picture story we have a meeting next
week, of 4-5 hours. Who can help with a method to find the fitting metaphor?

Reinhard
