Hi everybody, It is now 5:45am in South Africa and at 8:00 I will be doing my second OS event. I can feel the tension and expectation in myself plus all the usual feelings that goes with facilitating. It is exhilarating and I cannot wait.
I am going with an open mind and lots of expectations. It is a small group of 13 and they wanted to open space concerning their annual planning for 2007. It is a group that will migrate to another unit in the organisation and they want to be prepared. I would like to thank you all on the list for just being there. It is such a relief to know that though I will be alone during the one and a half day event, support will come from all the corners of the world.
