Following on Diana and Harrison's messages, I had a similar experience to yours Harrison with an international tech company who wanted to develop a new product. They brought in people from their different offices around the world and connected by wiki with those not able to attend.
They had a ball with this kind of creative communication, new for so many, and came up with ideas that gave the new product a real boost. Some also lined up for OS training soon after so they could keep on doing this. It's great Diana that you'll get to participate. It's a treat.
