Open Space is a simple and powerful approach to meetings and leadership that creates conditions for enthusiastic performance, creativity, collaboration and personal commitment. It can also accelerate projects and change processes. The organization captures the collective knowledge, maximizes individual and group potential and becomes more interactive, inspired, healthy and productive. You will learn a different way of facilitating, when to use OST, how to prepare sponsors, different priority setting - action planning methods and will experience the Open Space process. Diane Gibeault, a certified professional facilitator (IAF) also trained on OST with author Harrison Owen. With many years of experience in facilitation, she specializes in participative methods to facilitate large group events and organizational transformation.
