Hi, Ms. Fabulous Skye, and thank you, Ms. Fabulous Ashley -
Skye Hirst and her dear one Norm are thoughtful, brilliant folks residing in Camden, Maine - the site of the OSonOSs by the Sea (fond memories of rich conversation not to mention the lobster and blueberries) Skye wrote: I'm looking for someone in South Africa to work with communities on the aids epidemic or to help those who are in the communities to use OS. Anyone out there. Skye I do not reside in South Africa, but I have indeed gone there for work connected to the AIDS epidemic (I've done AIDS community education since 1985 - the International AIDS Conference came there in 2000 and many of us folks working in the epidemic gathered in that fair country for rich interchange and mutual learning). I am acquainted with a facilitation consulting group there who has experienced OS - though I would have to ask if they are feeling prepared to / or have already facilitated it themselves - or if they would prefer to host (at least at first) a more OS-experienced facilitator. There is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators who lives in South Africa who is the connection point for a number of facilitators there. I have a warm spot in my heart for the people, country and struggles of South Africa, especially since my experiences there. Please do let me know if I can help and connect you to folks in any way, Lisa ___________________________ L i s a H e f t Consultant, Facilitator, Educator O p e n i n g S p a c e <mailto:lisah...@openingspace.net> lisah...@openingspace.net <http://www.openingspace.net> www.openingspace.net * * ========================================================== osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu ------------------------------ To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, view the archives of osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu: http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html To learn about OpenSpaceEmailLists and OSLIST FAQs: http://www.openspaceworld.org/oslist
