Great news from you Wave Riders in Europe - I'm so impressed that you have chosen such a spirit-led response to the situation - with appropriate grieving about the 'empty space' and then new life emerging from the depths of discernment - it really does speak to me about 'the power of spirit' and true leadership for high performance as you re-organise in the wake of chaos....such inspiring witness.
Go well in and with yourselves as you continue to expand the boundaries...

Dear friends in Open Space
The Wave Rider program will go as planned (well, almost;-)) here in Sweden
too. We will be sending information to all participants, hopefully tonight,
to inform them about the change.
We had a similar process - CHAOS strikes - spirit goes on a journey.... Just
as you say we concluded that this is what this program actually is about -
thriving in change...so we decided to walk our talk!
More info will be sent out here soon.

Ämne: Wave Rider in Berlin

Dear colleagues,
we are very happy to announce that the "Wave Rider" Program for
Leadership for High Performance in a Self-Organizing World will take
place in Berlin (November 20 through 22, 2008), Germany.

This event was originally planned as a part of Harrison Owen’s tour
through Europe with stops in Istanbul, Milano, Amsterdam, Berlin, Tallin
and Uppsala. So much for plans. Harrison fell seriously ill (is
presently recovering and will be up and around sometime before
Christmas, he reports) and will not show up this time round. After some
serious grief work we re-designed the program and are now conducting it
without Harrison being in Berlin.
There will be an introduction to OST on each of the three days. Day One
in English, Day Two in German and Day Three self-organized (be prepared
to be surprised).
Everyone who signed up is presently receiving the Book and a printed set
of the overheads Harrison uses in his presentations.

Twentytwo of the originally 29 people who signed up are coming, a grand
crowd...But, there is plenty of space for more and of course, you are
invited to join.
In the evening of the Day Two we will have an extraordinary Stammtisch
in our regular Berlin hang-out...a great chance to meet local folks and
whoever happens to pass through Berlin on the 20th.

Greetings from Berlin
