How sad. How happy. 

I briefly considered coming to OS in NYC this weekend - seeing Ralph again was 
one of the attractions. 

Truthfully, I wish him well on his journey. Given our current state of medicine 
and economics,  I often think that those who leave us fast are the lucky ones. 
Those left behind who are aware of their loss are the grievers and to you all 
my heartfelt condolences.
