I enjoyed your Tedx presentation. I share the wonder and joy of OST as well. When I participated in my first gathering with Harrison in '91, I was blown away. I have used it consistently with Diversity Leaders in a gathering called D-2020. The results have been amazing - It could be that the Mayan prophecy of 2012 is really about personal consciousness change. I've heard from Native elders that the shift is in fact toward understanding and embracing what is the essence of being human. I hope this awareness continues because there is much we need to do. At the risk of "gilding the lily" you speak so beautifully of a living entity - being and becoming, autonomous and connected, the importance of diversity, wisdom that comes from that diversity, the simultaneous learning and self-organization, a living entity not a economic machine as companies so often are. Our work at Autognomics Institute has been working for over 50 years in the study of the nature of living entities - you have spoken so eloquently on Open Space and on these foundational principles that show up throughout life - living organisms and the living cosmos in which we live.
