Linda, What a wonderful article! This case study could be the story of so many organizations today. It is beautifully written in a way that shares so simply and clearly the Open Space experience and process, and with such depth and integrity. What a gift that this article will be published in the Human Resource Development International journal in November. I am still savoring it knowing that many who read it will recognize their organizations in this article and will hopefully also see the possibilities of what Open Space invites.
