Hi fellow listers, Greetings from Haiti. Many of you expressed interest in the governance contract that Haiti Partners had with Habitat For Humanity to help people in a new village of 300 homes to create a governance plan, home owners association and develop democratic decision-making practices. Here's a paper about it attached. There's a shorter version that is being published in an international post-disaster journal. I'll communicate it when i have more details.
