Hi all I'm the foundet of the local agile community in Chile. Since 2010 our main conference adapted OS as its methodology, starting with an experimental slot of to hours to a whole day.
In our community are enthusiasts that are eager for clues to hack their own work cultures that probably need a more structured talk or workshop. Any hints about how to do a good mix between structured content and the self-organization of an OpenSpace? Greetings from Chile AgustÃn
