We have the pleasure to announce that during the Saturday, 30th November, the
Open Space Institute of Portugal organized the First Portuguese Open Space on
Open Space that was held in Lisbon – and in Portuguese…

23 people showed up and those where the right people! Among them were two
Spanish guys coming from Valencia - to learn with the idea of spreading the
Open Space there.

4 breakout parallel 1H15 sessions in 4 spaces were planned. 17 sessions were
proposed and during the market place some sessions were merged, so 10 were held
during the day. Summaries of all those sessions and another one from an in
flight meeting were added to the bulletin board.

Lots of fun, many future projects, in Portugal and Spain (*), and a touching
closing circle.

The photos of the meeting are available at the NING site as well as at the
“Instituto OST”  Facebook Page.

Of course, nothing of this would be possible without the two martinis. So this
was (in anticipation) our birthday present to Harrison!

(*) Do some of you remember that when, back in 2004, Artur and myself (with
some others) created the Portuguese and Spanish pages of the openspaceworld.org
site, they were aggregated in a so called “IberiaWiki”, and those language
pages can still be available from http://www.openspaceworld.org/cgi/iberia.cgi?
Was that a premonition?
