Last year we stacked picnic tables vertically on their ends on top of other picnic tables to create a wall for the marketplace at an outdoor OS event in a campground. Turned out it came in handy for storing paper & pens too.
Creatively use whatever you find at hand. Get many hands involved in solving the problem.
