Thank you everyone for your replies! They are very, very helpful. I have contracted with an internal client who is interested in using OST. His team is cross-site, so these suggestions and experiences are invaluable. It really is about experimenting, identifying what works, and sharing my experience with others to move the work forward. Oh, and trusting the people. :)
