Yes. I walk the circle. I greet people, look at them, talk about their invitation and encourage them that this is the time they have wanted to talk about thi BC s important to them. Then I very simply explain the instructions and invite them to make their agenda. And then I walk out and let them get to work.
Trust the people. If the issue is important for them they will make the conversations they need to have. Chris.
