Another (pc) option to create GPX files is Justmapzz <http://www.justmapzz.com> You can draw GPX tracks from scratch or convert calculated routes to GPX files. It has a complete editor and track optimizer. To import the track into Osmand, copy the track file to the Osmand tracks folder.
