The listing script is indeed again not working correct. As mentioned in
another post: this has happened before. Next to that both download servers (
http://dl2.osmand.net:81/list.php and http://dl3.osmand.net:81/list.php)
seem to be out of date and out of sync with regard to the listing. The map
files themselves are up-to-date.
Now that almost all maps have been generated that becomes clear.
W.r.t. the roads_only maps. Since a couple of months that structure has
been changed, both inside OsmAnd as well as on the web they have another
download location: http://download.osmand.net/road-indexes/

For the full maps please try the script with the update parameter:
http://download.osmand.net/rawindexes?update=true
The "?update=true" parameter also works for both download servers.
