gpxfiles with track information and waypoints do not need to be converted for OsmAnd. However, if you want to convert and you want to have the exact same route, you need to take the track file. That contains mostly some 300 - 5000 points that exactly follow your route and OsmAnd will also simply follow all points.
A waypoint file is less suitable. It contains the important points and OsmAnd can route from point to point, but it sometimes requires some extra points in between to get the exact same route. And if you have a way point file it is also better to convert it to a route gpxfile, but also here it is sometimes necessary to add a few intermittent points to get the exact route. Some of the routing is also dependent on whether you choose shortest or fastest route. Harry 2016-08-06 2:19 GMT+02:00 Ignacio Carvajal <[email protected]>: > Anyone could helpme with my question??
