I've done a Python script to change it (using gpxpy module).

Now everything is fine but I had to delete my favourites because just
overwriting favourites.gpx created duplicates (I thought that it would
but it does).

So it seems that OsmAnd has an internal database that merges with
favourites.gpx?

Thanks for the information,
