I like the idea of paying a small monthly fee to get faster updates to maps. However I'm not a fan of Google getting 30% cut of it and especially since they are so closed with their Google Maps. Are there any plans to add additional ways of subscribing? Direct bitcoin payments would be nice especially considering OSM Live pay out in bitcoin. Since I contribute to OSM and get paid in BTC, it would be nice to use that to help pay for the subscription and avoid double exchange and google fees.
I'm also curious to know if any of the profit goes towards OSM?
