On my Android 4.4.2, Osmand lost it's permission to "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/net.osmand.plus". I had to change the app to use "/storage/emulated/0/Android/*obb*/net.osmand.plus", to get the app working again. Unfortunately, Osmand failed to copy old map files to the new folder, so I had download everything again. Funny enough, on my other device with Android 6.0.1, the old folder still works normally.
