I do not know whether you have this situation. If you use Brouter in Osmand for the routing, perhaps you can use a fresh osmandversion for map rendering and brouter for routing. I had the experience with a Defy+. Maprendering worked, routing of osmand was killing the app. Than Brouter did the job of routing in Osmand.
