I did not but that is not that easy with Android 6. I now moved all maps to another folder, changed the directory to that one and downloaded this map there as well, The dead file is still there but does not do anything.
I'm pretty sure it's related to OsmAnd as after updating it also lost all its maps and other apps couldn't access the sd card. After a few hours and restarting several times that's Ok again.
