Hello Jakob, Bern issue. The segment http://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?engine=graphhopper_car&route=46.96399%2C7.43177%3B46.96387%2C7.43094#map=19/46.96396/7.43136 is marked as bidirectional and there is no any turn restrictions added. So - according to the available data - routing is perfectly valid. Please submit a note to OpenStreetMap telling there is a problem with the data, or correct the data on your own.
Thun issue. Let the Osmand developer have a voice here, however I suspect the signal lights gives bigger penalty than all the crossroads on roundabout. http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/46.74327/7.60452 BTW, it is easier to track the cause of the issue if you, beside the whole route, provide also a coordinates of the problems.
