I have seen this feature in Locus. I think that altitude value visible in context menu would be very useful and also "not-so-difficult" to implement. OsmAnd gives precise informations about altitude, ascent, descent under route/navigation panel, so why not placing alti value in the context menu? As an user of multisport tracker with barometric altimeter I see this feature very helpful in calibrating altitude before and during activities.
