Unlike what is mentioned in the manual on http://osmand.net/help/faq.html#importing_gpx <http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fosmand.net%2Fhelp%2Ffaq.html%23importing_gpx&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNGSzCr8GCTY7y8lXi0ZD1PBgUiOAw> it IS possible to import a gpx track file (stored on your phone) from within the app: 1. go to dashboard, it should show a section with gpx tracks 2. in this section click 'Show all' 3. now in the bottom of the screen click the +-sign 4. this should open a file browser in which you can select your gpx file.
